The vegetables I plan to harvest for your share this week: please note: actual harvest may vary depending on condition of crops harvest day

• Gourmet Spring Salad Mix
• Kuroda Carrots
• Bronze & green Fennel Herb - beautiful, fragrant fine leaved herb, great roasted with any root vegetable, to flavor dressings or chopped raw in salad mix
• Noble Spinach
• Purple Kohlrabi Bulbs or Onion Flowers
• White Salad Turnips - just roots, no greens (the heat got'em first!)
• Leeks
