YOUR SHARE of SPRING HARVEST week of April 19

The vegetables I plan to harvest for your share this week: please note: actual harvest may vary depending on condition of crops harvest day

• Assorted Lettuce Heads - Flame Butterhead or Rouge D'Hiver Romaine
• Rainbow Carrots - purple, yellow & orange varieties!
• Zefa Fino Fennel Bulb - try it roasted with your turnips
• Cutting Celery Herb - strong celery taste for cooking
• Giant White Swiss Chard - huge succulent stems & deep green leaves, the mildest of the chards
• Scarlet Turnips- beautifully mild turnips, great raw
• Baby Garlic Bulb with Green Garlic
