The vegetables I plan to harvest for your share this week of January 5: (please note that actual harvest may vary depending on condition of the crops harvest day)

• Your Choice Lettuce Heads
• Atomic Red Carrots
• Superdukat Dill herb
• Minuet Napa Cabbage
• Myashige Daikon Radish with Greens
• baby Flower Nabana -very small Chinese pac choi like green with tender flowering stems, stir fry, steam or try raw
• Podding Radish - these are grown for their immature seed pods, crunchy additions to stir fries, & salads
