- Pink & Gold Swiss Chard - beautiful hot pink & bright orange stems
- Michihilli Looseleaf Cabbage
- Dill herb
- Hokkaido Blue Winter Squash
- Hon Tsai Tai - a light, tangy Asian mustard green, even the flowers are edible!
- Daikon Radish - long white roots with tops good for Radish Top Soup, or steaming
