YOUR SHARE of AUTUMN HARVEST Week One

The vegetables I plan to harvest for your share this week of November 17th:
  • Arugula - spicy raw! saute or steam to enjoy less hot
  • Helios Radishes - these look like fingerling potatoes, crisp & juicy
  • Yellow Beet Greens with Baby Beets
  • Allstar Gourmet Salad Mix - a blend of tastes, colors & textures
  • Heirloom Melon: Collective Farm Woman Honeydew, Banana Melon, or Thai Gold Honeydew
  • Dill herb - wonderful with beet greens
  • Broccoli Greens - cook like collards, tastes like broccoli but more tender
  • Whole Earth CSA Micro Mix: White Egg & Amber Turnip, Daikon & Shunkyo Radish, & Yellow & Crapaudine Beet Sprouts - special treats to add to salad mix, sandwiches
