YOUR SHARE of AUTUMN HARVEST Week Three

The vegetables I plan to harvest for your share this week: please note that actual harvest may vary depending on condition of the crops harvest day Thanks!

  • Joi Choi Bok Choi (a.k.a. pac choi, bok choy)
  • Navet de Marteau Turnips - shorter white roots, slightly pungent & sweet raw, or cooked, wonderful greens too!
  • Cilantro
  • Fragrant Choi Lettuce Head - unique bright green, lance shaped leaves
  • baby Kinko Carrots - an early harvest of this sweet little orange carrot
  • Daikon Radish - long white roots with tops good for Radish Top Soup

  • Arugula - spicy raw! saute or steam to enjoy less hot
  • Helios Radishes - these look like fingerling potatoes, crisp & juicy
  • Yellow Beet Greens with Baby Beets
  • Allstar Gourmet Salad Mix - a blend of tastes, colors & textures
  • Heirloom Melon: Collective Farm Woman Honeydew, Banana Melon, or Thai Gold Honeydew
  • Dill herb - wonderful with beet greens
  • Broccoli Greens - cook like collards, tastes like broccoli but more tender
