On the Menu next week of May 11th will be a selection of 6 to 8 items from the following crops:
- White or Flamingo Pink or Ruby Red Swiss Chard
- Wonder Tops Red Beets or Golden or White Beets with Greens
- Mini Red of Florence or White Onions with Greens
- Finnochio Fennel Bulb or Bronze & Green Fennel Herb
- Italian Parsley or Cilantro or Dill
- Wild Rocket Arugula
- Gourmet Spring Salad Mix
- Shunkyo Chinese Radishes with Greens
