easy beets oven 450 wash and cut up beets into big bites large piece of foil drizzle olive oil, in the middle of your piece of foil add beets, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, corriander and pepper. fold up foil around the beets place in oven with the folds facing up. cook for 45min.
