Your Share of the Harvest Winter Week Two

The vegetables I plan to harvest for your share this week: please note actual harvest may vary depending on condition of crops harvest day
  • European Mesclun Mix - red lettuces, arugula and endive salad mix
  • Heirloom Broccoli Head or Baby Bok Choi
  • Pink Grapefruits
  • Siamese Dragon Stir Fry Mix (or salad) - mixture of asian mustards, red kale, tatsoi 
  • Pretty in Pink & Plum Purple Radishes with Radish Greens
  • Baby Beet Greens wtih Teeny Baby Yellow Cylindrical Beets - whole plants may be sautueed or steamed together or add to salads!

Your Share of the Winter Harvest 2011 Week One

  • Baby Heirloom Lettuces - a mixture of old-time flavors, shapes & colors 
  • Heirloom Broccoli Head
  • Green Garlic Herb
  • Hon Tsai Tai - light & tangy asian mustard with beautiful purple stalks and edible yellow flowers
  • Shunkyo Radishes with tasty Radish Greens - lovely pink/red long radish, juicy with sweet/mild hot flavor
  • Baby Noble Spinach - whole plants with the very youngest of leaves, so tender and packed with life and nutrients!
