- Baby Valencia Onions - Not quite full grown but begging to be eaten! Mild.
- Garlic Chives or Baby Garlic with Leaves - Garlicky leaves, slice in salads, soups & greens.
- Cheddar or Snowball Cauliflower - Delicate, sweet & tender.
- Amarillo Carrots - Delicate & mild flavored pale yellow carrots.
- Golden Frills Mustard - Beautiful, very frilly greens. Slice thinly raw in salads or steam.
- Parsnips - Great roasted or mashed with carrots!
